Dr Sarah Thomas
As the Managing Director, Sarah acts as Chief Marketing & Communications Officer for Accenture Operations as well as the Global Industry Analyst Relations Lead for Accenture.
As Marketing & Communications Managing Director for Accenture Operations, she is responsible for leading a global marketing team in positioning Accenture as a market leader in Business Process, Infrastructure, Security and Cloud Services.
Sarah is responsible for all of the global marketing and communications activities surrounding Accenture Operations, including image and market development campaigns, external communications for all services including industry analyst and media relations, brand management, advertising and research and acquisition integration and internal communications for the 100k+ workforce to build pride and employee engagement.
She also has a PhD in Molecular biology of HIV and before her time at Accenture spent several years working at the University of Warwick and Novartis Research Institute in Vienna.
